The newcomer with a winning habit.

Guard. Dundalk born. New to the Eagles for 2025-26, in Limerick for university.

He landed with a medal already won. In January 2025 his Dundalk Ravens took the club's first U20 National Cup, beating Limerick Celtics 71–63 in overtime. Hackett scored 10. Earlier in that run, with the Ravens 25 down to Titans BC, he buried a corner three that started the comeback. He doesn't rattle.

He joined a guard group going for the lot, and the lot is roughly what they got. Cup and league, both. From one winning dressing room straight into another.

2025-26 with the Eagles

A new signing who joined the double-winning campaign. Hackett added depth at guard as the Eagles topped the Southern Conference and won both the National Cup and the Division One title to earn promotion to the Super League.
