A Limerick forward, 6'5", in the blue. The home support love him. Walsh is a high-flying player who provides most of the Eagles' highlight plays, with the athletic ability to finish above the rim. The dunks and blocks go down well at UL Arena and St Munchin's.
He has worn green as well. In the summer of 2023 Walsh played the FIBA U20 Men's European Championship (Division B) for Ireland out in North Macedonia, group games against the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and the host nation. For a forward still learning his trade, it was a hard, useful education a long way from home.
His best game of the season came away to St Paul's in Killarney. Walsh was perfect from the floor, eight from eight for 18 points, and pulled down 7 rebounds in a 93–61 win.

Part of the double-winning squad and a favourite with the home crowd. His best night came away to St Paul's, 18 points on 8-from-8 shooting with 7 rebounds, and he added 5 points in the Division One final win over Titans BC that secured promotion to the Super League.
