Manny Payton was a forward for the Eagles in the early 2020s, a regular contributor through the 2021-22 season. His form was rewarded with a Player of the Month award in the autumn of 2021.
The following spring, Payton was named to the InsureMyVan.ie Division 1 All-Star Team for 2022.
